Laaffic is growing and we are on the lookout for a Business Development Manager with iGaming and sports betting experience to join our team. If you have a strong background in sales, deep industry knowledge and a passion for driving business growth, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the iGaming sector
- Build and maintain relationships with CMOs, Marketing Managers and Client Retention Managers
- Leverage your expertise to help iGaming companies scale their marketing efforts
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales within the iGaming and sports betting industries.
- Strong knowledge of client acquisition strategies.
- Based in Cyprus or willing to relocate (preferred)
- Willingness to travel for business purposes (industry events, client meetings)

What You'll Do
- Develop target clients through channels such as exhibitions (e.g., SiGMA), industry forums, LinkedIn, and Telegram, to explore and match client needs.
- Establish and maintain a target client list, creating client profiles (size, country, licensing status, SMS demand).
- Proactively contact IG company operators and technical service providers (white-label platforms, payment gateways, agents) to identify needs for SMS verification codes and marketing SMS.
- Responsible for product introduction, customization of solutions (such as sending speed, delivery rate optimization, pricing strategy), and delivery.
- Facilitate business negotiations, sign cooperation agreements, and manage subsequent client engagement.
What We're Looking For
- College degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in international business development/sales, and customer resources in industries such as international telecommunications, SMS, iGaming marketing, and payments.
- Ability to conduct business negotiations independently (knowledge of Southeast Asian languages is a plus), with experience in SMS channels, international operators, and A2P SMS models.
- Strong goal orientation and stress resilience, able to adapt to cross-time zone communication and travel; proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
What You'll Do
- Identify target customer groups in the gaming industry and develop new clients through local Cypriot networks, visits, trade shows, and other methods to expand the local market. Develop and maintain client relationships and quickly close deals.
- Track product usage and maintain client relationships through visits, online meetings, and offline trade shows.
- Achieve company sales targets and complete other team tasks through effective channel management and advancement.
What We're Looking For
- Reside in Cyprus and be fluent in English and Russian.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the traffic advertising industry, be familiar with the European gaming industry, and possess a substantial network of client resources for quickly identifying key contacts.
- Have resources in local Cypriot trade shows, salons, and industry partners such as payment providers, trade shows, and web-based game collaborations.
- Be responsible, have strong execution skills, and possess a high degree of self-motivation.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher.
